What is your mantra?

Strategy without execution is daydreaming. Execution without strategy is chaos.

Tell us 3-5 tech tools that you swear by that make life & work a little easier.

Excel, ChatGPT 4.0, Slack, and Zoom or Hangouts so I can see my team

What's in your mug/glass/bottle during work hours?

Black coffee or a skinny latte

What's in your mug/glass/bottle after hours?

White wine spritzer or vodka lemonade

Knowing what you do now, what advice would you give to your younger self?

Be less insecure and trust your gut. My gut tells me to push for something, but back then I didn’t listen because I didn’t want to ruffle feathers. I wish I had been more firm. I think I wasted a lot of time being insecure about tech knowledge and how people perceived me - that was just wasted energy.
