Welcome to the only newsletter in WordPress by women, for women, and about women. The women of WordPress have been up to some amazing things this week! This Issue's Wonder Woman: Isotta PeiraI’m Isotta, a proud queer feminist and strong believer that shared knowledge, resources, and diverse representation are key to fighting inequality. I joined Automattic and the WordPress Community in 2022 as a Community Engagement Specialist. My background spans translation, sales, training, community management, and events. At work, I’m most passionate about optimizing processes and using data to make thoughtful, informed decisions. At home, I cook, read biographies, and watch documentaries. What is your mantra? I believe in the power of manifestation and in surrounding myself with people who radiate positive energy. Self-acceptance, curiosity, a learning mindset, and good intentions create space for meaningful work and joyful living. Tell us 3-5 tech tools that you swear by that make life & work a little easier. I swear by Gamma for quick, engaging AI-powered presentations, Google Sheets with its syncing features across tools, ChatGPT to guide my thinking process, and Jotform for multilingual surveys and clean reports. These tools keep my work clear, fast, collaborative, and fun. What's in your mug/glass/bottle during work hours? Tap water, except for two espressos in the morning and one after lunch. What's in your mug/glass/bottle after hours? On weekdays, mostly water (unless I'm at a WordCamp, where I always enjoy some drinks with friends and colleagues). On Fridays, wine or beer, depending on the inspiration of the moment. Knowing what you do now, what advice would you give to your younger self? Don’t let other people’s scarcity mindset convince you of limits that aren’t yours. Dream big, trust your instinct, and follow the path that excites you, even if it feels uncertain. And never hesitate to welcome the support of those who believe in you and can open doors along the way. Your LinkedIn Profile Link Wonder Women Doing Wonderful Things
