Welcome to the only newsletter in WordPress by women, for women, and about women. The women of WordPress have been up to some amazing things this week! This Issue's Wonder Woman: Yuli YangHi, I’m Yuli. I’m a front-end developer, community builder, and mom of two. I co-founded Deja Vu Studio, where we design and build custom WordPress websites. I was the Global Lead of WordCamp Asia 2025 and have been organizing local WordPress meetups and WordCamps in Taiwan since 2017. What is your mantra? Work hard, play hard. We only live once. Tell us 3-5 tech tools that you swear by that make life & work a little easier.
What's in your mug/glass/bottle during work hours? Single origin espresso latte or hand-shaken milk tea without bubbles, depending on how chaotic the day is. What's in your mug/glass/bottle after hours? Aiyu jelly (愛玉) if I’m feeling zen; it’s a chilled fig jelly drink popular in Taiwan. Whipped cream tea (奶蓋) if I need a bit of sugar therapy. Knowing what you do now, what advice would you give to your younger self? You don’t need to be perfect. Be brave, be kind, and start building the world you believe in.
