What is your mantra? I often remind myself, "Who knows what good might come from this," trusting that challenges bring unexpected opportunities. And when things seem tough, I remember, "Things are never as bad as they seem"—a reminder to stay calm and take things one step at a time. What's in your mug/glass/bottle during work hours? Sparkling mineral water for hydration (bottled up in my hometown), coffee or tea. What's in your mug/glass/bottle after hours? Tea and sparkling mineralwater. On weekends a glass of Italian red wine "Primitivo." Knowing what you do now, what advice would you give to your younger self? Trust your voice and intuition. Don’t be afraid to speak up for what you believe in, especially when it's about fairness and inclusivity. The road won’t be easy, but your authenticity will create a path where others can follow.
