Welcome to the only newsletter in WordPress by women, for women, and about women.

The women of WordPress have been up to some amazing things this week!

This Issue's Wonder Woman: Kimberly Lipari

WordPress Maintenance and Management Agency Owner. Former speaker and volunteer. Busy mom with an audiobook addiction.

What is your mantra?

"Take a breath. Look Around." When I'm struggling it gives me the opportunity to find perspective and pull myself out of the spiral. Other times, it's a great reminder to be present and soak up whatever wonderful things are happening around me.

Tell us 3-5 tech tools that you swear by that make life & work a little easier.

Asking Siri to "remind me" about things on specific days/times is a lifesaver for my spicy brain, also the ability to ask her to add things to my shopping list as I think of them! Slack is my lifeline to my team. I've recently found Descript for videos and easy editing and LOVE it for a newb like me.

What's in your mug/glass/bottle during work hours?

Coffee and water. Diet Coke occasionally.

What's in your mug/glass/bottle after hours?

Water. Lately, Capri Sun Apple Juice. Red wine when I can find the kind I like at World Market.

Knowing what you do now, what advice would you give to your younger self?

Everyone is trying to figure it out, just like you, so stop worrying if you're enough because you are. It's OK to celebrate yourself!! York Peppermint Patties are not a food group.
